I’m pleased to introduce you to another one of my amazingly average Proverbs 31 Woman friends! I hope you’ll enjoy meeting her, and feel free to link this issue to your Facebook pages so others can get to know her, too.

What a beautiful essay on a truly wonderful, beautiful woman. I have known Veda all my life, she is my older sister. She has always been a patient, kind mentor to me. I wish that we lived closer to each other, so that we could do more ‘things’ together. I am so blessed to have her in my life; I endeavor to reciprocate the blessing, although I often fall short of it. Veda is a blessing to all who know her, and I know that my family is much blessed because she is in it!
Oh Shari, I loved the beautiful article, photos and format of the story of your dear friend and Proverbs 31 Woman, Veda Gonzalez. She is truly one amazing woman isn’t she? The life she has bravely carved out by faith is such an inspiration to make real: “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” One can only imagine the heartache of the great loss of her beloved, and how the love of her family and her LORD has propelled her forward in life. Thank you for this beautiful offering. There is much to be gleaned in the reading.
Lovingly,
Pam Houston
