We’re looking for short fitness tips for mind, body, and soul (about 50-150 words, or 1-2 sentences). If we select your tip, we’ll send you information about submitting a guest post for our blog, placing a link to your website or blog in the e-book, becoming an affiliate, and more. We’ve already written the daily devotions, and want to include with each one, a quick and easy fitness tip for mind, body and soul. I’m looking for short and fun tips that a busy woman can incorporate into her day–something like these examples:
