Do you have a simple fitness tip that works for you? Submit it here, and we might include it in our new e-book.

We’re looking for short fitness tips for mind, body, and soul (about 50-150 words, or 1-2 sentences). If we select your tip, we’ll send you information about submitting a guest post for our blog, placing a link to your website or blog in the e-book, becoming an affiliate, and more. Hurry, the deadline to submit for the first edition is 2/14/15! (We will do a second edition later in the spring.)

30 Days to LayAside Weight is a faith-based whole body approach to simple fitness, founded on the theme of Hebrews 12:1.
[box_light]. . . let us lay aside every weight. . . which so easily ensnares us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us. . .[/box_light]

We’ve already written the daily devotions, and want to include with each one, a quick and easy fitness tip for mind, body and soul. I’m looking for short and fun tips that a busy woman can incorporate into her day–something like these examples:

[box_light]I post a sign on my mirror to remind me to hold in my abs while blow-drying my hair. –Shari Popejoy[/box_light]

[box_light]When I take laundry upstairs, I jog up so I’m burning calories instead of just doing chores! – Shari from Won Without Words[/box_light]

You can learn more about contributing to the e-book, trading ads, and becoming an affiliate when you submit your tip.
